Hi My name is Carol I am 29 and also Visually Impaired.I am trying to locate some people that I met in little Rock Arkansas back in 1999.Their names are Shawn spooner, Frank over,Ricky Paris. If anyone from Little Rock Arkansas school for the blind and Visually Impaired has heard of theses names can you let me know?
